O R D E R This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings of the 3rd respondent dated 25.04.2025 in Pa.Mu.A1/5066/2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents 3 and 4 to restore the patta in the name of the petitioner father namely A.Ramasamy in respect land in Town Survey No.1131/1 (part), measuring an extent of 0.0464.0 sq.m (Plot Nos.125, 282, 385, 482) situated at Block 34, Survey Ward 3, Karaikudi Taluk and Town, Sivagangai District.

¶2Even though the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Senior Counsel appearing for the 5th respondent made elaborate submissions, including with respect to the previous sale deed, this Court refrains from making any observations, as the suit is presently pending between the parties and any such observation may prejudice their respective rights.

¶3Therefore, this Court is not inclined to set aside the impugned order. The rights of the parties shall be adjudicated in the pending suit. The Trial Court is directed to consider and dispose of the suit on its own merits, uninfluenced by any observations made by the revenue authorities. Further, the suit shall be completed within a period of one year from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4With the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
