PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.287 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as accused No.6, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 21.09.2023 for the offences punishable under Sections 109, 302 and 34 IPC, in Crime No.287 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner herein detained under Goondas Act as per the proceeding given by the District Collector, Dindigul District, dated 31.10.2023.
