ARUMUGAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16473 of 2023 dated 26.09.2023 by modifying the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.4,50,000/- to the credit of Crime No.25 of 2021 befoe the concerned Court.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3.This Court finds no grounds to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
