Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned notice issued by the 4th respondent in Proceedings Na.Ka.A1/5770/2017 dated 14.07.017 and quash the same. He further submits that the impugned notice was issued during the distribution of signals in analog mode and now, the signals are distributed only on digital mode. Therefore, there is no consequence on this impugned notice. Hence, he is not pressing these writ petitions. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

¶2Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
