ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused Rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 417 and 506(ii) I.P.C., in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the defacto complainant gave a complaint and the same was registered in current paper and after conducting enquiry, the respondent Police has closed the same, as the matter has been settled between the parties.

¶3The above submission is recorded. Hence, the petitioner has no reasonable apprehension of arrest. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
