JUDGMENT (Judgment of the Court was delivered by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM,J.) The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has made a submission that even before filing of the Writ Appeal, prior permission as required under the Act had been granted by the competent educational authorities and non-teaching staff appointed by the aided school are working and receiving salary as of now.

2.This being the factum, no further adjudication is required in this appeal. Accordingly, this Writ Appeal stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
