O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble CHIEF JUSTICE] We have heard Mr.S.I.Muthiah, learned counsel, for the petitioner and Mr.P.Thilakkumar, learned Government Pleader, for the respondents.

¶2Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that on 29.11.2013, notice has been issued to the non-applicants and the proceedings initiated by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 would be decided by the end of December, 2023.

¶3In view of the said statement, the contempt petition stands disposed of.
