O R D E R This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to receive the balance amount of Rs.11,90,000/- (Rupees Eleven Lakhs Nineteen Thousand Only) and to issue confirmation order of the Auction Sale dated 25.03.2015 in respect of vacant land for an extent of 6970.625 sq.mt in Survey No. 1103/3A2 situated at Sevugampatti Village, Nilakkottai Taluk, Dindigul District.

2.Today(26.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the relief sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has now become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
