This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST (PoA) Act, Thoothukudi, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.106 of 2023 on the file of the 1st and 2nd respondents Police.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured is still in hospital. The petitioner is having previous cases in his credit.

¶3Considering that the injured is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to allow this petition. This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
