ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 27.11.2023 and the requisition letter of the II Additional Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under NDPS Act, Madurai vide letter in D.No. 644, dated 26/09/2024 and Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order:- This matter is listed upon the request of the Presiding Officer of the concerned Court requesting for extension of time.
