ORDER Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for R1 to R4.

¶2The petitioner invokes Section 77-A of the Registration Act for cancelling the petition mentioned document. The petitioner will have to necessarily await the outcome of the decision to be rendered by the Hon'ble Larger Bench. As and when the said decision comes, the first respondent will act accordingly.

¶3The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
