Judgment
ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.
¶2The petitioner has sought a composite prayer. The question of conducting survey at the instance of the petitioner will arise only if she is having individual patta in her name. The petitioner admittedly is not having individual patta in her name. Therefore, the first part of the prayer can be agitated later. The petitioner has given an application before the second respondent for issuance of individual patta.
¶3The second respondent is directed to dispose of the said application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. Interested persons shall be put on notice before passing the order.
¶4The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
