Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. 363 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner / accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 286 IPC r/w. 9(B), (1)(a) of Indian Explosive Act, in Crime No.363 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit all the offences are bailable in nature and hence, he prays for dismissal of this petition.

¶3Considering the fact that all the offences are bailable in nature, this Court does not find any reason to entertain this petition.

¶4With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
