O R D E R This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's request dated 20.06.2017 for payment of loan by way of an One Time Settlement.

2.Today(09.06.2023), when this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the entire loan amount has been settled and nothing survives in this writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
