ORDER:- This Sub Application coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthiah, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the SUB A(MD). No.168 of 2022 respondent, this Court made the following order: This Sub Application has been filed to reopen the contempt proceedings due to disobedience in Cont.P.(MD)No.1190 of 2022 in W.P.(MD)No.6665 of 2022 dated 22.08.2022 and to quash the same.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that as per direction of this Court, the respondent completed enquiry and filed final report on 10.03.2023 before the concerned jurisdictional Magistrate.
