Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) IPC, in Crime No.Not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.522 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 147,148, 294(b), 323, 324, 506

(ii) IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2) (v-a) SC/ST (POA) Act, 1989 on the file of the respondent police.

¶3In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that the FIR has been registered against the petitioner, he shall work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings, if so aggrieved.

¶4With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
