O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.220 of 2023, dated 13.06.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Andipatty Police Station, Madurai District and quash the same as against the petitioner.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed on 03.11.2023 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti, Theni District, and it was taken cognizance also.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the the above said Final Report.

¶4With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
