O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent through his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.37/Inspr/K1-PS/2023 dated 31.10.2023 and quash the same as illegal, consequently, directing the respondents to grant permission and necessary protection to conduct the Adal Padal Cultural Programme on

07.11.2023 at 06.00 pm to 10.00 pm in connection with Thiru Vizha of Arulmigu Sri Pathra Kaliamman Thirukovil at Uthamapuram Cumbum, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District.

¶2Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents.

¶4The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that permission was already granted to the petitioner to conduct the said Adal Padal programme.

¶5In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no further adjudication required in this matter. Hence, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
