Subbammal .P v. The District Educational Officer

O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed by a Secondary Grade Teacher working in the third respondent school seeking a mandamus as against the first respondent herein viz., the District Elementary Educational Officer (wrongly mentioned as District Educational Officer in the writ petition), to consider the proposal of the Management dated 01.02.2023 and to pass orders.

¶2Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

¶3Considering the above said facts, the first respondent namely, the District Elementary Educational Officer, Sankarankoil, Tenkasi District is directed to consider the proposal sent by the third respondent, dated

01.02.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
