¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State submits that statutory bail has been granted to the petitioner vide order dated 28.11.2023 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirumangalam in Cr.M.P.No.8768 of 2023. This representation is recorded.

¶3In view of the above representation made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent State, prayer in this Criminal Original Petition is infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
