2.When matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that after conducting enquiry, the complaint given by the de-facto complainant was closed, finding that it is money transaction between the parties. The parties were also advised to work out their remedy through civil process in the manner known to law.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
