Judgment

ORDER This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent police not to interfere in the Tenant-Landlord Relationship in any manner based on the Statement, dated 3.11.2023.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on the basis of complaint given by the father of the third respondent enquiry was conducted by the first respondent. During the course of enquiry, both parties appeared in person and they were directed to produce the relevant documents. However, they did not produce the same. Later, this petition has been filed stating that harassment is made by the second respondent, as if, he is threatening the petitioner to vacate the premises.

3.It is seen from the above facts, it is a landlord and tenant dispute between the parties. Hence, both parties are directed to work out their remedies before the competent Civil Court, in the manner known to law.
