O R D E R This Contempt petition is filed alleging the order, dated 11.06.2019, passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.13067 of 2019, is not complied with. CONT P(MD)No.1912 of 2022 S.SRIMATHY, J. ksa

¶2By order, dated 11.06.2019, this Court directed the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders. The respondents have passed an order on 22.07.2021, rejecting the claim of the petitioner. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petiitoner submitted that the similarly placed persons were granted relief, but, the petitioner was discriminated. However, such type of arguments cannot be made in a Contempt petition.

¶3Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order, dated 22.07.2021.
