Judgment
ORDER
Heard both sides.
¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that since possession is in the hands of the third party, objection has been received.
¶3If that be so, if the patta stands in the name of the petitioner, survey has to be conducted but then the conducting of survey cannot lead to dispossession of anybody. The only object of conducting survey is to show the boundaries.
¶4This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
