PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.121 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter came up for hearing today (10.11.2023), the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that on the complaint lodged by the de-facto complainant, the respondent police has conducted an enquiry and registered the case in Crime No.121 of 2023, for the offence under Sections 323, 324 and 379 of IPC, in which, the petitioner is not arrayed as accused.

2.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is disposed of.
