¶2The second respondent has only issued enquiry notice called upon the petitioner to appear before him. As of now, the petitioner's rights have not been infringed. I am not inclined to interfere at this stage. Leaving open all the contentions and the defences of the petitioner, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
