Saravanan v. The Inspector of Police

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.6 of 2021 on the file of the first respondent, dated 08.07.2021 and quash the same as illegal.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pudukkottai, and it was taken cognizance in C.C.No.107 of 2023.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this matter has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if he is aggrieved over the contents of the said Final Report.

¶4With the above said liberty, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
