This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner and his family members based on enquiry.

¶2There is no representation for the petitioner.

¶3The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that no complaint is pending against the petitioner on the file of the second respondent Police.

¶4The second respondent Police is present before this Court and state that the petitioner is a habitual offender and is having so many cases throughout Tamil Nadu.

¶5In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this matter has become unnecessary now. Hence, this petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
