ORDER Heard both sides.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that not only in S.No.69 but also in S.No.70/1 and 75/4, encroachments have been identified. The respondents are directed to issue notice to the encroachers and remove the encroachments after following due process of law. We make it clear that the defences of third parties who are not before us have not been foreclosed. The entire exercise shall be completed by the respondents within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. (G.R.S.J.,) & (B.P.J.,)
