¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

¶4Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.19268 of 2023, dated

26.10.2023 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon.
