The statute envisages that the application filed under the Act should be disposed of within two months. I direct the second respondent to dispose of the petitioner's application on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two months. The private respondents should of-course be heard / put on notice before passing final order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
