O R D E R The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order of disqualification slip issued to the writ petitioner during the physical endurance test in relation to the chest measurement.

¶2The petitioner was permitted to re-appear for the physical chest measurement test on 29.11.2023, in which, he has found to be qualified and hence, no further orders are called for.

¶3Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions stand closed.
