Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.439 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime no.203/2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.10.2023 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 454,,457,380 of IPC in Crime No.203 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was out of the town on 24.06.2023 and when he returned back to his native place, he found that his house was broke open and he found that a cash of Rs.3,60,000/- and golden jewels weighing about 9½ sovereigns were stolen. Hence the case.

¶3This is the second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was dismissed by this Court on 16.11.2023.

¶4Taking into consideration the fact that there is no change in circumstances of the case,this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

¶5Hence this petition stands dismissed.
