ORDER Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner seeks assignment of house site. The petitioner has identified the petition mentioned survey number. It has been classified as "Natham" in the revenue record. If Natham land has been occupied, then the occupant is entitled to natham patta. If it is unoccupied on the cutoff date, it can be treated as sarkar poramboke. The exact character of the land is not clear. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard. The second respondent is directed to consider the same and pass an appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
