ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 2(e)(iv), 2(e)(v),2(e)(vi) of Motor Sprit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply and Distribution and Prevention of Malpractices) order 1988 r/w 7(1)(a)(i) of Essential Commodities Act, in Crime No.92 of 2023, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. ¶2When the matter came up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner was arrested on 24.11.2023 and also released on bail.
