Thangapandi v. The District Revenue Officer

ORDER Heard the learned counsel on either side.

¶2The first respondent is directed to dispose of the petition mentioned appeal and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into merits of the matter. It is open to the first respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested parties shall be put on notice before passing the final order.

¶3The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
