ORDER

Heard both sides.

¶2All that the petitioner wants is enforcement of the order passed by the respondent Commission.

¶3No exception can be taken to the said request. The respondent is directed to take action as per Section 18 of Right to Information Act. Such an order will be passed by the respondent as expeditiously as possible.

¶4The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
