O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the learned Fast Track Court No.II at Magisterial Level, Madurai, to expedite the trial in STC No.562 of 2022 within stipulated time fixed by this Court.

¶2Now the grievance of the petitioner is that even though the above said case was filed in the year 2022, no progress is made so far.

¶3Since Miscellaneous Petitions are being filed repeatedly by the respondent herein and considering the year of filing of the above said final report, there shall be direction to the Fast Track Court No.II at Magisterial Level, Madurai, to complete the above said trial within a period of four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

¶4With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
