O R D E R This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 28 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 28 of 2023 and also filed final report before the concerned Court on 13.09.2023.

¶3Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report.
