Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.SUBASH CHANDRA BOSE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD) No.17613 of 2023 , dated 05.10.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is still pending.

¶4Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition already imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.17613 of 2023 , dated

05.10.2023 is hereby fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on receipt of summon.
