Suthakar v. The Superintendent of Police

O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to take action based on the petitioner's representation dated 04.10.2023 and 28.10.2023 within a stipulated time that may be fixed by this Court.

¶2Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that enquiry is pending on the petitioner's representations. The respondent will complete the enquiry and file a final report soon.

¶3Let the complaints of the petitioner be enquired in a proper manner by the second respondent and complete the same within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

¶4With this direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
