ORDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent police to file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi in Crime No. 24 of 2023 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

¶2Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi and cognizance was taken in C.C.No.141 of 2023.

¶3In view of the submission, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
