Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 417, 420, 493, 498(A), 506(i) and 109 of IPC in Crime No.10 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that now, the petitioner is in India.

3.Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not in India.
