¶2The look out circular was issued against the petitioner in view of his involvement in a criminal case. It is now brought to my notice that the criminal case was quashed vide order dated 18.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5509 of 2023. This submission made by the petitioner's counsel is not disputed by the learned Government Advocate. 3 W.P.(MD)NO.29429 OF 2023

¶3In this view of the matter, the look out circular issued against the petitioner shall be withdrawn by the first respondent. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible. This writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
