This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.245 of 2023, dated 04.10.2023, on the file 1st respondent and quash the same as against the petitioner.

¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the course of investigation, involvement of the petitioner was not noticed. So, the petitioner's name was deleted from the arrayed accused in the Charge Sheet.

¶3Recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side), this matter has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
