O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to direct the first respondent to take action against the respondents 2 & 3 for the illegal detention of the petitioner's vehicle namely, 'Skoda Rapid model car' bearing Reg.No.TN-72-BL-7797 and permit the petitioner to take his vehicle.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vehicle was returned to the petitioner. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
