¶2The petitioner has given a representation dated 09.11.2023 seeking issuance of free house site patta.

¶3This Court will not be justified in giving any positive direction in this regard. The fourth respondent is however directed to consider the case of the petitioner and communicate his decision to the petitioner. This shall be done as expeditiously as possible.

¶4The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
