O R D E R This Criminal Original petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crime No.100 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent police completed investigation in Crime No. 100 of 2022 and also filed final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Kovilpatti and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C. No.520 of 2023

¶3Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
