ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b) and 506(ii) IPC on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that there is no petition/complaint/case pending against the petitioner.
