O R D E R The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking orders to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.63 of 2023 pending on the file of the Sub Court, Nanguneri and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Sub Court, Tirunelveli.

¶2It is seen that the revision petitioner, without approaching the Principal District Court, has approached this Court directly. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Principal District Court for filing the transfer petition.

¶3The petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal District Court, Tirunelveli for transfer of the case.

¶4With that liberty, the Transfer Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
